you are. For those who sign-up, CadenceTV provides two ways to keep up with your Cadence training:
live streaming video of Cadence's two-time daily indoor workouts, or archived "on demand" videos from
previous workouts. Either way, no matter where you are in the world, you can log in and do your
Cadence workout!
