OUR POLICY
Cadence demo bikes may be ridden for up to 7 days. The cost for a demo bike for this period is $200, $100 of which will be refunded to you should you purchase a bike or frameset from Cadence within 14 days of your demo experience at Cadence.
Cadence demo wheelsets may be ridden for up to 3 days. The cost for a demo wheelset is $50 for PowerTap, Zipp 303, 404, and 808; $100 for Zipp 999, Lightweight Ventoux, and Lightweight Standard.
A signed credit card imprint will be taken upon commencement of demo program. If Cadence's demo product is not returned by the date specified upon initiation of demo period, your credit card will be charged in full at standard retail pricing for unreturned product.
Cadence can also ship demo product to your location for an additional fee which covers just the additional shipping charge. We ship UPS 3-Day.
