10-Week Summer Triathlon Training Classes
July 26th through September 27th, 2008; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.
Get prepared for late season triathlons like Westchester, Danskin, and Sag Harbor! Cadence Cycling and Multisport Centers is pleased to announce our NYC Summer Indoor Triathlon Class. This program is specifically designed to meet the training needs of New York's enthusiastic triathlon community. Cadence's indoor sessions utilize our world-class and award-winning training environment, complete with indoor cycling studio, treadmills, Endless Pool, and of course the best coaching on the planet. Beginning July 26th, Cadence's 10 week training class will meet Saturday mornings (8:00 a.m. classes) at our center located at 174 Hudson St. in Tribeca. The class is open to all abilities with the weekly focus on both cycling and running workouts designed to improve efficiency, technique, muscular and aerobic strength, and speed. Also included will be a personal Endless Pool training workout with a Cadence coach to improve swim technique and conditioning. Cadence's Acclaimed Power- & Heart Rate-Based Indoor Training Sessions Return in September! Regardless of your current fitness level, Cadence's fall indoor training sessions are all about making you a stronger, leaner, more efficient, more knowledgeable, and more powerful cyclist or triathlete. From critical base mileage and strong emphasis on pedaling technique, to vastly increased aerobic and muscular endurance, power transfer efficacy, and increased power at your lactate threshold, Cadence's structured, power-based intervals provide each individual with the proper intensity and recuperation for long-term peak performance. Class includes 10 weeks of personalize Bronze Package coaching!
